keep in mind as a non us resident your exempt from the accredited investor rules .. so syndication could be a nice play for a portion of your funds.. choose wisely though

If you want to stay in it (or hold it) long-term then a refinance would be wise to save the PMI and maybe take cash out to go purchase an investment property.

And if you're willing to share (AKA tell me your secrets, wise old user) what resources do you use to find out if a particular market is worth it?

With larger centres nearby becoming unaffordable (especially rental rate wise) people are forced to these smaller communities.

I might be a bit more ignorant than a lot of you guys real estate-wise, but in my marginal experience, this might mean that we're at the peak, or about to turn around and go into a small recession, Although I wouldn't call it a significant recession by any means .

Hopefully for those of us who are investors (aka elitists - by definition investors are elite because we have to work harder, save more, make wise decisions that the average person).But I agree with many of you.
