We tend to have bad property management in Western Georgia. 

Is it a lot of Western Canadians?

Hey guys, Looking for advice on two different REI Groups.Gulf Coast REI Associate (Meets in Pensacola which is about an hour commute from me)http://www.gcreia.com/Professional Investors Guild (PIG) - Destinhttp://www.meetup.com/DestinPIG/(Meets in Destin which is about 10 minute commute for me)These are two that hit my local searches on facebook and google.It looks like they both warranted positive reviews.Do you have any experience with them?  

I live on the west coast and invest on the east coast, but it's in my home town that I know very well and I have a property manager and agent I trust.

My focus will be on mid-western cities such as Indianapolis or St.

I'm originally from the east coast - Washington DC metropolitan area (Norther Virginia). 

I live on the Central Coast of California, half way between San Francisco & L.A.

I've now just started a job at New Western Acquisitions as a sales agent.

Since west coast markets have little to NO section 8 by and large.

I currently rent an apartment in Dover NH, I have lived in all the major cities in the state and recently settled in Dover to get closer to the beautiful northeastern sea coast I currently work full time as a Chief Maintenance engineer at a hotel in Portsmouth NH.My goals in real estate at the moment are to have financial freedom and develop a solid foundation of cash flow properties to further my real estate investing in the future.I was turned on to Bigger Pockets by a friend who listens to the podcast.
