Hello, I have a prospective tenant who is requesting that I forego the credit check as her credit is locked to do identity theft that occurred a while ago, but she is still getting hit with strange charges here and there.

In several, they requested to be put on a waiting list if their application was too late.

I just try to weed them out, I don't need them to tell me what I need (generally) but to perform the work requested at an agreed price. :)

The money being requested as payment to get into the program and the solicitation of the program in general has issues.
