The crew puts the property on the street.

The sewer scope only showed the main line from the yard to the street, not from the house, so the plumber fixed the clog in that unit. 

There are some on the street where my property is, and those owners definitely care about their properties.

@Jim StanleyPersonally, I think House #2 sounds better, with the quieter street and bigger backyard :) I've never cared for fireplaces and I kinda like an unfinished basement (assuming you can get the price right) because you can see a lot more during an inspection.
