Been looking at land and debating on if a septic is doable with a quadplex in these mountains would need one rated for 8-12 bedrooms.

Look for areas with low vacancy rates, good schools, and proximity to amenities like shopping centers, parks, and public transportation.

In a lot of cases the entry fees are less and the interest rates you will get are way below market. 

Because rates are high, sellers are getting flexible and makes more sense 

I figured I could set up a PA LLC and either have the money directly transferred for payment during settlement or gifted to me to make payment.
