They have two boys who are (clearly) heading to college this year and in 2 years.But as for the landlords - they have a criminal traffic violation, multiple evictions (as landlord), a felony conviction, and multiple foreclosures.

Anyway, it catches people off guard and you may find something out that helps you decide not to rent to them.I had criteria that said that if someone wasn't on time to meet me and didn't call me with a great reason they were running late (stuck in bumper to bumper traffic - which I would verify online lol), then they were denied.

It's problem, though, is the stinky oil refinery and that it's not on BART or Amtrak, and if you drive you have to go over the bridge (cost, traffic, hassle).
