So the ones telling you they aren't doing good either have no experience and bought off the hype of owning one, just don't know how to run a business or thought that it was a passive investment.

Recent list I'd thought I'd share from the National Association of Realtors by way of Vacasa.

As a born-and-raised Michigander, I never thought I'd see the day when I was much younger in the 80s and 90s.  

I thought registering for Day 1 registered me across the board and would give me replays to all sessions.
