Hi Maurice,You could always find a room mate situation in a place near grocery and some fast foods.Just pick someone who matches you (introvert, extrovert, likes sports, or reads online most of the time).That way you will be less likely to get in each others way.Ask friends first--because the are a known item, vs the unknown.Good Luck!

The factors are figured out by checking specific supply and demand and average days on the market.

Once the closing takes place, the seller has zero incentive to cooperate with supplying them.

In fact, it remains unclear who owns what— all because the supply chain of “professionals” in the buying/selling processes of residential real estate aren’t really professionals.

Whenever my wife and I hear one of our residents say something like that, we KNOW that we'll never run out of a healthy supply of tenants who will support our retirement.We also realize that they have as many votes as we do in elections, but that's a whole other conversation.

But yes, I would stick with ONE model, and lay in a supply.
