Hi Maurice,You could always find a room mate situation in a place near grocery and some fast foods.Just pick someone who matches you (introvert, extrovert, likes sports, or reads online most of the time).That way you will be less likely to get in each others way.Ask friends first--because the are a known item, vs the unknown.Good Luck!

Whenever my wife and I hear one of our residents say something like that, we KNOW that we'll never run out of a healthy supply of tenants who will support our retirement.We also realize that they have as many votes as we do in elections, but that's a whole other conversation.

Do you think there is currently a high increase in the MF syndication investing sphere, more than we’ve ever had before, a saturation these days (due to social media outreach with so many courses teaching both active and passive MF syndication compounded by the pandemic effect) that we’ve reached or are reaching a point where there is less supply of the type of properties with the criteria that MF investors specifically look for?
