I carry a sheet of old fashioned paper and a pencil and mark what needs to be done as I go through.

They certainly have invested in areas where there is strong rental demand and a ready supply of homes.

Some may have a different business model that would drive them to set their entity structure up differently because they're hedging risk in a different fashion because of their business model.  

I live in an affluent suburb in the greater Los Angeles area where infill building is going crazy (I'm listening to construction as I post).Most all of this activity is driven by supply and demand economics here.

Have some bussiness cards made up, at your local Office Supply store, or on the internet, so you can exchange cards with people you meet.
