Does your construction manager handle all the supplies & delivery?

I'd use the money for marketing, getting leads, fax, office supplies, gas, you could use it to pay a bird dog, $ per lead

In addition, there was a pool, with the water supply coming from one building.

Attending a pool supplies conference in CA.

If I don't use it, that waste probably offsets the minimal savings so not sure it is really worth it.I do think about attending the Peak Building supply auction when they are in town but I never have.

You never supplied to the thread what the actual numbers are so if you don't know...go find out.

And of course, more demand over supply will also help.

Any one know if I can send my contractor to home depot and let him pick out all the supplies he needs and if they can call me and I can pay with my credit card?

I feel rather alone supplying housing that new and is ideally suited for vacation rentals, worker housing, student housing, etc..
