Hey Anthony, I've had success finding prospective tenants for a duplex I have in the San Francisco East Bay.

But if the effort that went into promoting it for inclusion in the 2024 legislative session was not successful, it makes you wonder about the issue's traction in the future.

The cash on hand allowed me to negotiate the price down on 3 of the 5 houses that I purchased.
