I would say I wasted a good month lowering the rent incrementally before getting steady traffic to see it.

In the winter, the temperature is going to vary greatly between the basement and second floor flats.

The inside of the wall is cold due to the exterior temperatures so vapor in the air collects on the inside wall.Not all homes have insulation in the walls.
