I use the same $100 for livable space and $50 for basement.

She didn't care and just wanted our own space (rent or buy) - I didn't want to rent.

Keep educating yourself on the market and the space.

I was not sure how serious to take Facebook in this space because craigslist seemed to be a waste of time for this reason I'll give Facebook another try thanks again 

For example, Riverstone Estates with streets named after rivers and some sort of river feature even if it is a dry river bed in green space.

Question- we're in escrow on a property in Lakewood, 4-unit building (all 1 BR's) w/ attic space to potentially convert into extra units or potentially convert 2 of the units into 2BR units instead of singles.

I find myself in the opposite place where I'm a relative newbie, where deal flow is my biggest constraint to growth at the moment, and I can't get myself on ENOUGH wholesale lists! 

Not marketing to release vacant space, but to drive shoppers to the center, including a website, print ads, etc.
