Purchase price: $210,000 Getting paid to buy prime real estate is about as sweet of a deal as it gets for a buy and hold investor.

Unless the place in an amazing location that couldn't support a full size home, you are better off doing a regular place.A tiny home isn't considered real property.

The next person that listed their model match in the same area right after we sold, sold for 160k less than us (if that was us we would have lost all our equity and would have had to short sale it).

Just ask for it back after they move out. 

General Question: After the new rules went into effects, how are people writing contracts with the buyer's agents.

The area of which I am green in is real estate investing.

If they can leave the 15th of the month but pay until the 1st following, then you have two paid weeks to get someone in there after it is vacant.
