     Our nicer houses have TVs in every room, or darn close (a 8-10 bedroom house we may neglect 1 or 2 small bedrooms where even hanging them on the wall makes the room feel smaller, these smaller rooms are only used for sleeping).

I would have also negotiated that the foundation repairs be done before closing and that any repairs resulting from the disturbance be negotiated at the time of repair or just covered by the seller.

So easy for the younger folks to just rent a room go home to sleep a bit but work eat and socialize on the campus as well as other amenities.Also I not positive but i think if you work for a CA company and move to another state you still pay CA income tax.
