I was already dirty so I inspected the crawl space and some other undesirables for myself.

That hallway seems to be a waste of space.

Putting HVAC in any unconditioned space is a big no-no and should be avoided, if at all possible.No matter what you choose, make sure the contractor does a complete manual-J calculation (and ideally blower-door test) so that you know the system is properly sized.

Generally speaking, most investors in the small multi-family space agree that a umbrella policy of one or two million will suffice for most people who do not have a large target on their back.

Mine is a split level with two living rooms a large deck and plenty of space.

OK this will be a weird post but here goes.We have a film crew coming to film and we need a commercial building ideally vacant to film in.Does anyone have or know anyone that purchased like a post office, old church, gas station, office space, ... anything that could be flipped into a single family residence?

The gas/propane space heaters a lot of these old properties have are uninsurable.

These programs are generally in the commercial space... so we all have to sit tight until they come back online.
