Would maybe like to find a 2-3 unit property to purchase on a lake, river, sound with a little land etc. for family get togethers, get away with some income.  

It is a .5 acre waterfront property on a tidal saltwater river and even has a small creek running down by the side of the home.Now, we do not know what to do with it after it is finished in a few months?

The buying and selling process is a little more emotional than a trip down the river though. 

I did real well dividing acreage and holding and selling a commercial acre in the early 90s.That was the easiest money I ever made.32217, 57,  especially 58, 59 Mandarin Julington Creek is very nice bordering St Johns County Switzerland areas. 32202, 32206, 32208, 32209, are rougher neighborhoods but contains some good deals on homes for the right risk manager. 32204/05 is both part rough and Riverside oretga wealthy with steeets closer to the river having the better property.
