With the current CA trend of shutting down AirBnB's, I personally don't feel comfortable building a model that uses that strategy. 

I'm shutting down an Airbnb I've run for 3 years here in Denver so weighing my options.   

(Families may care about school districts while the young professionals may care more about bars and restaurants). 

However, their complaints could shut us down in an instant.

The sub didn't shut off the water main & broke a pipe.  

Walkable to a dozen restaurants (2-6 blocks), and grocery store (6 blocks).

DOnt want to shut out Boomers, yet capture Millenials too.

When a house with Galvanized pipes sit vacant, with the water shut off, the pipes rust up.

For example if these tenants didn't pay the water bill and it got shut off, then code enforcement would prohibit anyone from living there and those tenants would be on the street immediately!

Cleveland Heights has pockets there are areas that are superior over others in Cleveland Heights just like any other neighborhood this can range due to dependence on what school district they attend (I think part of Cleveland Hts attends East Cleveland schools which are F rated) or due to proximity to amenities (we have Coventry Rd and Lee Rd here that offers some restaurants, bars, etc that are more of the "hip" areas.
