Having recently done my 21015 taxes in reminded my what a huge bite SSI taxes are since I have to pay around 15% when both halves are figured in.

Threads like these remind me why I stay off BP for months at a time and no longer pay for a premium subscription.

Every time I want to get ambitious about buying or building apartments, I always remind myself why take the risk. 

As for the yard ... she never mowed the lawn until I reminded her (several times), but then she did mow it, and there are toys and bicycles and things strewed all over.
