I remember being on a panel discussion with hundreds of audience members who asked various questions.  

There are at least 3 or 4 people who have courses on it so it is a real thing.It is closer to STR that LTR because they are always furnished and can easily be converted to STR if you have a gap in bookings.

Question: Should I pursue my real estate license?

I currently live in Southern California but am looking to dip my toes into real estate investing via purchasing a rental investment property in Kansas City (I have roots there, visit fairly often, have real estate connections there, etc.).

About a year or two ago I pivoted and started flipping and finding alternative strategies, but I have realized those cannot replace this strategy, they can be in addition to it, but I need to continue buying, moving, and keeping as a rental every couple of years because this really is the best strategy for building long term wealth.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

That said, there would be arguably no business purpose to bringing your family along with you, so even if you are spending the entire time searching for real estate.

I ask this question among many others in the initial questionnaire.
