Anyone had good experiences and/or recommendations about RE funds with a focus on Asia/Pacific?

What is your RE investing background/experience?  

Most people who make more than one RE transaction in their lifetime have found a trusted agent.

@Ashton SharpTake a look at an amortization calculator it will give you a better understanding of when you can expect to reach 20% equity, get the property appraised (will cost around 500) and re finance out of the FHA thus eliminating the PMI.

I'm considering switching the hub to something else but the thought of re-programming the 6 locks makes me want to gouge out my eyes. 

I would be willing to buy a drink or two and sit down get some insight on the local market and discuss strategies.

I recently had a brief discussion with an investor who owns small commercial multi-family  properties.  

Can anyone recommend some good books that discuss organizational leadership and how to properly run/establish business operations.
