Does it rank the same in terms of competition on the acquisition-side as the Springs?

Do you think Google's algorithm is going to catch on to the OnCarrot platform that many investors are using and go "all these websites have the same template/content, I'm going to lower their rankings"?

I guess it ranks up there with the guy who filed deeds showing he owned property when in fact there was no legal basis for the filing.

@Walt Payne Though I believe there should be a preliminary level of experience/qualifications screen, I don't think @Brandon Turner  wants to get into the business of evaluating blog posts to verify every element of a post.
