Its not worth trying to collect it each month, the time and hassle, for the little amount of difference it will be over a good estimate. 

Obviously I am a newbie in the game and I do have that newbie skepticism and always feel like I am being ripped off ( has happened many times before).

I am a long time listener and advocate of the BPP.

The cost is the interest, and they get paid over time. 

Class C and below on the otherhand, take a lot more time and local knowledge.

My advice is to take your time learning the ropes and understanding the market.

His primary mortgage was sold to a private lender in the early 2000s and he claims he had to give an explanation each time as to why he financed with a private lender with such poor reputation every time his credit was pulled.
