I need some help to decide how I want to expand my areas.

Hello Fellow BP'ersI am looking to gain some info and possibly some results.I found a property that was vacant for a bit of time and the owners decided to fix it up to sell.

I generally just talk to them 60 days before the lease expires this gives them enough time to decide if they want to stay or move out.

I´d venture to say that if you decide against making the offer, you´ll be sitting in that chair for several more mornings wishing you had done it.

Decide on your cable/internet company, (have your agent ask if the seller can transfer the current service if it's one you like), if they won't transfer, call your favorite provider and ask if they service that address and set it up3.

We decided because of health issues not to build and to sell.
