Transferring to a LLC provides you fake protection (note I am not an attorney but have common sense).

Best to seek counsel from your attorney and tax professional but if you are going to insist on saving a few dollars, best to provide more specifics on the type of partnership you are contemplating so you can get your hands on something that's remotely relevant. 

My current understanding is that ADUs may offer better cash flow, although they may not necessarily provide superior appreciation compared to condo investments, considering the anticipated decline in interest rates over the next couple of years.Thank you for your expertise and guidance!

:) It did help , I saw that I can make the LLC in Wyoming its not gonna be expensive and they provider that  am going to use provide with a relay back account I think that's the bank name I know its not gonna be the best but it gonna give me a humble start non the less
