If so, you can give the notice before the end of Nov and make it effective on February 1st, 2022.I always recommend giving proper advance notice and raising the rent on the Lease anniversary every year.

Generally speaking, I would post the proper notices according to state law and then start the clock ticking until you can officially treat it as abandoned.

I really want to turn those properties into Airbnb listings due to promising ROI and no HOA restrictions … The biggest challenge for me is to hire someone on the ground to set it up and coordinate with vendors, for example running errands to pick up the keys from my agent, purchase / receive / assembly furniture, installing smart lock so I can have full control over my property remotely..

@John BoychukYou are right that we still have to give the 90 days notice for someone who's been there for 2+ years (we currently have one tenant to whom we gave notice who's supposed to leave by end of february).Correct me If I'm wrong but when you have an annual lease, you can't break it mid-lease, even with proper notice unlike month to month.
