Your best bet is to stop by some of your local offices and ask around.

Your best bet is to find a local painter that you can contact for all sizes of jobs.

I'm tempted to, but even though FB is a huge company I'm not all that sure their stock is a "sure" bet.

Despite the price per sqft being one of the lowest in the area for these really large, old houses, I still think that selling it commercially is the best shot I have of getting a good price out of it, so I'm on the other side of that bet.

So your best bet is to call every commercial listing agent you can find, describe your search as specifically as possible, see what they currently have and get added to their list.

It is a judgment call IMO as to which scenario is better, but it is always a good policy to diversify your investments...place lots of small to medium bets a number of places...including securities.

I bet the zillow value is now too low, and you could sell for more than what zillow says.More than enough reason to not use the zillow value as your only measure of value.
