I want to begin with wholesaling, potentially move to flips but my ultimate goal is to BRRR.

Trying to research and see what markets have potential.

I assume there would be potentially significant upfront costs, but that the panels would pay for themselves and more overtime.  

FYI: It’s a 5 bedroom- 4 bath, I’m looking for a group of professional roommates or a family.  4 days is pretty short to worry - especially a five-bedroom house - this is likely going to have a much smaller group of potential tenants and ging to take some time.

It’s 4 blocks away from a major university health center (and embassy suites for hospital visitors) and 2 miles from another hospital (possible travel nurse MTR potential).

So, with lots of potential FS customers following and viewing this thread to see if it's for them, what would be your advice on how to best win and be profitable using a system like this or just your advice in general on flipping currently? 

For steady income, Cleveland's a great choice with good cash flow potential.

If you’re sending LOIs and proof of funds and still not getting any response, that’s a huge problem and potential ethical violation.
