Congrats on your life long success.Thanks for the kind words....Well, yes, I am glad you asked that question, in fact with the most recent development that made medical history, I am honored to say YES, I did go through, even at age 73, the not so painful process of cloning.When  I started in this business, the most exciting electronic device I purchased when they came popular is a pager, I had to use pay phones and actually mail letters, look up property owners in person at the court house, go to the copy center, and drop off film at the local photo-mat and wait a week to get my pictures.

This is somewhat incorrect.They ruled that a 2nd mortgage can't be stripped in a chapter 7 BK, which was only done in the 11th Circuit.Based on BoA vs Caulkett they shouldn't be able to strip in BK13 but it might take a long time before it's challenged and enforced.
