It's just that far too often I read lots of bad information that helps no one.Money can be made in real estate investing; through diligence, consistency, fairness, and information.If an investor is out there looking "to get over", they're probably wasting their time.

Oh yea, our week break consisted of working two nights, once because we had a heavy rain and found out a sky light leaks during down pours and another to deal with the thermostat issue listed above.So if this stuff scares you head for another investment, if it doesn't scare you then go for it.

I guess it just comes from being an entrepreneur, since if I wanted consistent income etc I would do a 9-5 have 2 vacations a year etc….. any one can comment would be great
