I have creative control over the projects and do a lot of the logistical work.Friend 1 contributes very minimally in terms of his "dedication" to the project, and may or may not even be in the country in 6 months.

Being in a rural area or small town with a few well connected buyers, well....that can be rough to do.I know we have a whole forum subject dedicated to wholesaling, I know we have tons of wholesaling gurus with programs, but really, I just don't see this as a main buisness specialty unless you have a large inventory and you have advantages over other investors.
