Hello Everyone,I am working on putting together a bulk package of rental homes in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and thought I would turn to the community. 

My first home is a single family 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the Grand Rapids area.

In fact, I came up with a grand champion award winning chocolate chip cookie recipe in my younger 4-H days.

The only thing this woman can prove is she deposited money into my bank account a few grand but there is nothing in writing that is specific to what it was for.

I've been approved for a grand for new siding and windows, but must pass a HQ inspection first.

If for example I wouldve taken out a hundred grand and bought Ford stock at a buck a share I would be pretty happy right now.

I am from the north side of Chicago and when I heard about this rule I thought I would have to rent things for 4 grand a month.

Neighbors might be a little more interested in watching your place if they can get ten grand out of it.

My other layout advice would be to take out the wall from the dining room into the living room opening up a grand L-shaped kitchen (preferably in white)with one level, rectangular island and minimum 4 stools.

My grand-mother was 1/2 Cherokee, so you might say I am about as legal as possible.
