Financing package is huge and this usually does not enter into most people's calculus.If you will flip the SFR, then there is but 1 way - buy low, sell high.

In my experience, I would only use Selenium if the site produces dynamic content within a single page.If you are looking to build a web scraper on your own, Python is the probably the best choice -- especially if you are new to programming. it has packages built to use Selenium.

So you've got to examine  every different "crowdfunding" offering and company offering it individually.I've seen "crowdfunding" offerings range from a DST product packaged for millenials by marketing them as "crowdfunded".  

Looking for multiple investors for a package could be a headache for you and him.

Where a turnkey company will purchase a house, renovate it, rent it out and sell it as a package with a tenant and property management in place.
