Understand your comps, a agent will get you the data but it is your job as an investor to really know what you can sell it for.

The original plan was for the tenant's side to pay 100% of the mortgage / taxes / insurance / PMI, while I cover trash and water for both sides.

The REO agent says list at 1.5M when the original agent wanted to sell for 850K.
