Some things to consider:  MTR and STR require furnishing the entire place, including kitchen stuff, linens, etc, and ongoing expenses keeping up a high standard of them.

Unfortunately, Zelle just reduced their daily limits to $500/day (at least with Ally bank), so this solution is no longer workable for rent payments.I was going to suggest that our landlord use eRentPayment since we had great success using it several years ago, but then I discovered the ongoing problem with their payment provider.What's everyone using now that's similar?

Failing to properly remediate after an ongoing water leak can come back to bite you later when mold develops, so be sure you have people that are properly licensed and insured to deal with all of the repairs.In reality there is no way to know exactly what the source of the leak is, until the ceiling is opened.
