In a highly anticipated but not unsurprising announcement, Samsung has officially selected the NorthEast suburb of Austin, TX for their next chip plant.  

A quick drive around will show you things are happening and the official statistics show tremendous growth with very little developable land  to accommodate the population influx.

I have no problem with a little balance, but I hate when the hotel lobbys push the local politicians to do regulations like this.
