I occasionally look into STL downtown communities, since I work there it's hard not to get curious.  

If I made at least $120-150,000 a year at my W2 job, I'd share some of my $ with Phil for an occasional phone call with his people, and I'd just enjoy my weekend part time involvement in RE. 

I would even be likely to turn a blind eye to the dog being in occasionally (since it was my mistake to allow it in the first place)  if I hadn't had multiple complaints about the strong pet odor.

This can cause undetected leaks that will occasionally result in water bills well into the thousands of dollars in a single quarter for a two family home.

First, the guy was an insurance agent visiting cites occasionally, not an investor visiting cites daily.

He's on there frequently and will even answer questions occasionally. 

I occasionally forget to silence my phone myself, and it's annoying when I get a notification in the wee hours. 

I have one tenant complaining about occasional smell of marijuana. 

I see these real estate price spikes occasionally and they historically are not sustainable.
