Yes you can put it in your new LLC, they are not using your LLC for credit, they are using your fico and it will not go on your credit report and hit your DTI for future purchases.

In order to find the best deals, you would either need to have specialized knowledge to spot things others missed or rely on a curated source to find your deals for you before they hit the market.

It is a minor hit to your credit and getting a new loan that you pay on time will help your credit in the long run.
