At this point there is a massive area of cleared land and a gang of earth-mover tractors and a few of the construction company signs visible.I can't really estimate the size of the clearing but it looks like it could be a huge shopping center or maybe just a massive warehouse.What I want to know is how would I go about finding out what is being developed on this land before its completed?  

Yeah I think next year I may shop my business around.

Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

B building I was interested in local neighborhoods and some local advice on investing in the area. 

(age of home, neighborhood, size of home, lot size, quality of finishes, etc.)

I just sold a duplex for less than $150k in a the Fresno High Neighborhood, an A- neighborhood.  

I was advised that I have until April 11th to shop around for other rates.

In my experience, most agents aren't going to be helpful here (some exceptions).You can ballpark these things after getting some data:Rent:  use the sites  you think you're future tenant will use to find you as a landlord (Zillow, Rent.com, a big property manager in your area, Craigslist) and look for similar places in similar neighborhoods. 

Is a 2000sqft house in this neighborhood worth a $500k after rehab?

House is mid 70’s along with the rest of the neighborhood. 2.
