Dewey Beach just south of Rehobeth is more of a partying town, and it allows dogs on the beach even during summer in the early morning and late afternoon. 

I don't have one yet, but I'm going to work on that first thing in the morning!

J says he doesn't have a problem paying the 3 months security deposit and is anxious to sign and move in "because he would have to pay for this current apartment too".Here's my problem, J works as a school bus driver and collects unemployment during off time (which is now--and potentially for how much longer COVID-19 pandemic will last).

I am a morning person and prefer to respond to emails , do research , and schedule calls earlier in the day.
