I saw and started following these “gurus” on social media, started downloading books and courses that they offer for free, read them and went through the courses over and over, then I found out how much one has to spend to be mentored by them so there goes that idea.

Ignore the hashtag cowboys on social media, just trying to hype themselves for SEO purposes.

It sounds that "extensive fire" is a genuine concern regarding the integrity of the structure. 

Be active on your social media platforms and create your own brand.

If you have a leak 'some-where' I would assume your black/cast pipe integrity is suspect & should be completely replaced. 

Hey James,Worst-case-scenario story I heard last year:Group of college students rented a house, and (not even during a party) cut a hole from the second floor to the first floor and installed a fire pole.Long story short, the owner had to tear down the house because the structural integrity was compromised.Obviously that's probably the worst thing that could happen, and I know plenty of other people who rent to students and haven't ever had issues - just something to be cautious about.

Nothing wrong with giving Trump credit but then saying the "Democrat media" won't report on that is a little one-sided.The conclusion is a mish-mash of wishful thinking and political rhetoric.
