The other option would be just update the outlets to three prongs and see if the system can handle the output (the system is currently a 60 amp).Any advice on how to approach this issue?

I also need to replace the pool pump at this particular property as its around the same age and is on its last leg.To fix the compressor (replace the compressor) it was $2,200, to replace the whole AC system is $5,700.
