While the seller had sold the majority of the note payments, the estate still inherited the remainder interest on the note.Rather than wait for the future payments, the estate decided to cash out the remainder interest so all monies could be distributed to the heirs.

Copeland did this tenant pass standard screening before moving in or were they inherited?

Not sure if you had your own drafted or if you inherited one when you purchased the building.

I think that the property was an inherited property and the seller was out of state and they were really just looking at what the manufactured home was worth.
