I told them I didn't want to do the consortium deal, so they offered me another one where I would need to pay a 30k USD down payment and have an EIGHT PERCENT INTEREST RATE.

We have had one break in in the three years I have owned the facility and it was a hassle and headache but from a legal standpoint, I have no legal liability for the customers' belongings.  

My $5000 cabinets turned into $3000-3500 cabinets doing this.With that said, offer the best pricing you can is extremely important.

My lender just started offering their notes for resale to private investors and has 100s to choose from all over the country ranging from 8-12% ROR monthly, currently from $62k-620k, in all areas of the country.

At this point, I'd recommend studying your competition (what are they offering that you're not?)
