Problem with customer buying materials and no mark up for us , first how do the materials get to the job ( I get them delivered)  Second , I accidently damage a kitchen cabinet while installing , if I have profit on the materials I can absorb the damage .

The house needs about 40k worth of work (New Roof, interior and exterior Paint, Flooring, possibly new plumbing, kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances, lighting)  subbed out and around 25-30k if I put in some sweat equity and take away some upgrades.
