I finally was able to talk to husband and he stated they needed more time I did notify them that they were still responsible for October rent as their lease ends October 31.

We have been talking for a little while now and he has been helping me out with advice about my property.

So I'm posting here to get advice- Anyone on here I should talk to, get advice from?

Just start talking to people, making offers and generally dive in and go for it.

If you don't have access to MLS, it wouldn't hurt to talk with a local agent.

It's given me a great 6 month runway to save like crazy, get settled in my new job and spend lots of time learning about real estate and talking with every landlord who will take my call.
