I'm frantically trying to wrap up our current rehab in hopes of catching some of these fearless buyers unfazed by the virus who are still out there paying premium prices.The only way we're going to see any changes in the market is IF and WHEN there is some serious inventory buildup in the Actives, and average of 4-5 months in "Days on the Market" column.

The SJC held that, given that this was a reverse mortgage, and not a traditional mortgage, "where the lender cannot hold the borrower personally liable for the debt, and where the lender’s only recourse on default is to obtain repayment through a foreclosure sale," "the only reasonable and practical interpretation of the mortgage was that it incorporated the statutory power of sale."

your 88k can yield a better rate of rental return there, i would only consider vegas if you're also eyeing on appreciation as well - but that may be vanished now, due to the crisis for the foreseeable future 💁‍♂️Don't get me wrong, im still buying here (looking at a 100k condo tomorrow morning actually), but mostly for a flip - not surr this would also work ad a hold.

Many people have managed OOS properties on their own, but it is more difficult and you would need very good processes in place and have some sort of boots on the ground person in that market to put eyes on the property and check in with things.
