If FB is reading and they are legit, and they want to improve, my advice is tone down the high pressure sales closing tactics (pitch level is fine, just have some ethics about closing it) and provide better transparency to what you are selling.

Prices will reflect that, but buying dirt cheap means selling dirt cheap in a small town that isn't "related" to a larger market.Study real estate basics, location, market influences, inventory turn over, economic factors that effect value.

I also owned a Home Improvement company for 11 years and then from 1996 to 2010 owned a mortgage company then started rehabbing homes again for several years until I started buying non-performing notes.
