Guesty for Hosts is awful and the horror stories of calendars not syncing is near hair rising!

Right now she isn't feeling well, and if I had hair I would be pulling it out (I shave my head) but she says she is fine (she is a really tough woman and never wants us kids to worry) I am ALL ABOUT THE CASH FLOW I don't care about the take the money and party, go on vacation, or any of that other nonsense...

Generally, there is a large taper through the fall and close to complete dry up through the coldest months, especially from Dec-Feb. 

Furthermore, you must have enough dry powder for unplanned for events.

For those qualified, we don't want to charge too much up front so I think this is a good middle ground.Anything outside our criteria by a hair (and not by too much) will require last months rent, double deposit, or both.

How do they keep the lights on, if say, new subscriptions dry up in a downturn?

Once it dries, the smell goes away.
