Since I wasn't growing up here in the U.S. my sphere of influences is practically none, so my start is a little rough.

Growing up our house was 1300ft, with 5 people, and I shared a room!

Plant City is just East of Tampa.  

For my business goals, in terms of growing that's not so good because it would take 5 years or more strictly using cash from profit to buy my next 6plex.

I would stay away from inner city areas but there is some industry building up (I think a glass plant just opened up that's hiring a ton of people).
